Jaime E. Fernandez is Assistant General Counsel at Cessna Finance Corporation. He was previously with the law firms of Shearman & Sterling, Chadbourne & Parke and Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle in New York. Mr. Fernandez has organized numerous international seminars, including programs at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana and at Oxford University in England.
